Responsibilities

Previous experience training in Oracle ERP
Experience training logistically spread out companies
Need to be able to conceptualize and look at big picture
Experience in ERP Oracle Fusion Cloud training and documentation, with at least 3 years in lead role, specifically related to Oracle ERP systems
Proven experience in designing, developing, and delivering ERP training strategies/programs, with a focus on adult learning principles and instructional design
Experience overseeing and working with a team coordinating large-scale training and documentation initiatives
In-depth knowledge of ERP modules and business processes (finance, supply chain, engineering, etc.), preferably Oracle Cloud
