Responsibilities
Manage all phases of healthcare architecture projects, from design through construction administration
Supervising small to large teams
Producing, delegating, and coordinating work
Reviewing and approving the work of both internal and external team members
Provides final review and approval of code analyses, material selections, and specifications
Oversees construction document production and BIM model management
Attending client meetings
Regularly interfacing with clients and consultants
Coordinating with personnel at all levels to ensure projects are executed according to plan
Accountability for efficient, technically sound project execution
Leadership throughout the design, documentation, and construction administration process
Qualification
Required
Strong Revit and BIM expertise
Bachelor's degree in Architecture
10+ years of healthcare architecture experience
Registered Architect and/or actively working toward licensure
U.S. Citizenship, Permanent Resident, or Green Card holder
Preferred
Master's degree
Ability to plan, organize, mentor, direct, and evaluate the work of others
Excellent presentation, communication, client management, and leadership skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment with a strong emphasis on customer service, teamwork, accuracy, and follow-through
