Responsibilities
Lead and deliver cloud security evaluations for major cloud providers and platforms, including Azure, AWS, GCP, containers, and SaaS solution
Define security requirements for cloud-based architecture by evaluating business needs and industry standards
Continuously assess emerging threats and recommend security control improvements
Securing Azure identity infrastructure, including Entra ID, Conditional Access, PIM, Identity Protection, and hybrid identity integrations
Designing and implementing secure Azure network architectures using NSGs, ASGs, Azure Firewall, Application Gateway WAF, and Front Door
Managing encryption, secrets, and keys using Azure Key Vault, Managed HSM, and Azure Storage security features
Deploying and operationalizing Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Defender for Identity, Defender for Cloud Apps, and Microsoft Sentinel SIEM/SOAR capabilities
Implementing Azure governance using Azure Policy, Blueprints, landing zones, RBAC structures, resource locks, and tagging strategies
Applying Azure CSPM practices and mapping environments to compliance frameworks (CIS, NIST, FedRAMP, etc.)
Securing Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), container registries, and workload identities
Experience integrating Zero Trust policies into CI/CD, workload protection, vulnerability scanning, and configuration baselines
Leveraging Azure Sentinel/Microsoft Defender suite for analytics, threat detection, and automated response
Ability to design and implement Zero Trust controls across identity, endpoints, network, applications, and data
Qualification
Required
5+ years of full-time experience in cloud security roles supporting complex environments
Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, and GCP
Lead and deliver cloud security evaluations for major cloud providers and platforms, including Azure, AWS, GCP, containers, and SaaS solution
