Bookkeeper
Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day bookkeeping for multiple client accounts
Record and reconcile financial transactions
Maintain general ledgers and prepare monthly financial statements
Handle accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
Assist with tax preparation and year-end closing
Communicate with clients regarding financial data and inquiries
Qualification
Required
2+ years of bookkeeping or accounting experience (CPA firm experience a plus)
Associate's degree in Accounting or related field (Bachelor's preferred)
Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
Preferred
