Project Coordination Analyst

ENGIE North America is leading the Zero-Carbon Transition and is seeking a Project Coordination Analyst to provide essential scheduling, documentation, and coordination support to their Capital Projects team at the Ohio State University. The role involves ensuring efficient management of meetings, reports, and workflows to facilitate timely project execution while maintaining high standards of quality and stakeholder satisfaction.

Responsibilities

Responsible for scheduling audit, design, pre-construction, and construction meetings across the Capital Projects program
Maintain and revise as necessary the process and reporting templates for all project phases
Perform regular site visits to ensure Contractor work complies with ENGIE standards
Support outage and excavation permit requests in a manner to minimize disruptions to campus operations
Coordinate all activities between ENGIE, Contractor and the university related the execution of assigned projects
Carries out other duties as assigned
Demonstrate a culture of excellence, accountability, and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Required

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
Minimum 1 years of experience in project coordination, planning, or construction administration
Familiarity with project scheduling and documentation management in a technical or construction environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Must be available to travel domestically up to 10% of the time
Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies
Involves fieldwork across active construction sites
Requires strong problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills in a dynamic environment
