Experience: 7+ years of ServiceNow experience with a focus in the Vulnerability Response module, ITSM, ITOM, and KMS module ; Experience in Vulnerability Management / vulnerability remediation / patching
Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required; CIS and CAD certifications preferred
Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Service Now Vulnerability Response module, JavaScript, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow architecture
Qualification
Required
