Obtain accurate financial and demographic information during Pre-Registration pertaining to the patient account
Utilize Passport for address verification
Maintain knowledge and application of all admission processes and procedures for patients in reservation status
Execute tasks in a timely manner with a high degree of accuracy
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent ( REQUIRED )
One year of experience in a healthcare field, customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment ( REQUIRED )
Preferred
Working knowledge of Medical Terminology ( PREFERRED )
CHAA – Certified Healthcare Access Associate upon hire ( PREFERRED )
