They are seeking a Defined Contribution Program Analyst to perform complex program and administrative analyses for the Defined Contribution Programs and provide support to educators regarding Pension2. Independently performs the more complex program and administrative analyses for the Defined Contribution (DC) Programs: Pension2’s 403b and 457b plans
Work cooperatively in a team environment and independently providing support to educators seeking assistance regarding Pension2
Make administrative recommendations and decisions independently

Required

Working knowledge of basic financial, retirement or investing concepts
Experience with a call center environment or providing customer service via telephone
Ability to work effectively as a team player and work collaboratively across teams
Experience with being-detailed, researching, analyzing, and interpreting rules and policies
Demonstrated experience handling multiple priorities simultaneously
Experience providing feedback and explaining complex information
Demonstrate some work experience or knowledge with supplemental savings programs
Experience with planning and organizing and working with MS Office and Adobe software programs
