Responsibilities
Provide back-end support for Austin Energy’s Safety Incident Management System (Cority), which is also used for other enterprise-level functions
Perform routine administrative functions, assist in user administration, review and create workflows, and perform frequent quality control and troubleshooting functions
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience providing back-end support for enterprise technology systems, including quality control, user administration, workflow review and creation, and troubleshooting
8+ years of experience in using report-writing tools to engage with back-end databases and provide meaningful data to users of the system
Preferred
3+ years of experience in using the Cority GX2 platform specifically
3+ years of experience providing advanced and escalated technology service support
1-3 years of experience providing professional technical customer service to users
1+ year of experience in creating job aids and user/admin documentation for users of enterprise technology system
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office 365
