Responsibilities

Experience in government affairs and public policy is highly recommended
Highly skilled in creating effective presentations
Experience with one or more of the following: large colocation, site selection for high-technology, industrial-scale projects, real estate evaluation, acquisition, development, and construction, utility agreements, energy-related issues, or clean energy initiatives
Ability to have high business, ethics, discretion, and confidentiality capabilities
Ability to innovate and come up with commercially and technically creative solutions, work independently, think dynamically, while still coordinating and synchronizing efforts with other team members and internal leadership and external development stakeholders
Build and align cross functional stakeholder schedules to meet critical development deadlines
Coordinate government and public relation events
Develop and maintain team records, metrics reporting, performance and OKR tracking
Preparation of team newsletters, reports, policy changes and strategic organization of documents
Regular creation of weekly and monthly and quarterly progress reports for leadership
Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion
May assist in research for special projects

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5-6 years of experience in Economic Development or Land Development related experience
Strong project management skills

Proven track record of building effective partnerships with diverse stakeholders
