Responsibilities

Define and drive the enterprise cybersecurity architecture and technical vision across cloud, on-prem, network, systems, and operational technology
Build and maintain security architecture standards, models, and patterns used across enterprise initiatives
Lead the development of a long-term cybersecurity strategy and roadmap aligned with business priorities and industry best practices
Evaluate and influence major technology and security initiatives across the organization
Lead and develop a team of cybersecurity engineers responsible for designing, implementing, and operating security solutions
Partner with IT leadership and business stakeholders to assess risk, architecture, and vendor security posture
Manage strategic relationships with security vendors and service providers, including contract oversight and quarterly business reviews

Required

10+ years of experience in cybersecurity architecture and engineering
Proven background leading enterprise-scale security initiatives across cloud, on-prem, and hybrid environments
Strong technical foundation across network, systems, cloud, and operational technology security
Experience developing enterprise security roadmaps and architecture frameworks
Ability to influence executives and translate complex technical concepts into clear business decisions
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Familiarity with frameworks and regulations such as NIST, GDPR, etc

Preferred

Certifications such as GIAC are a plus
