Responsibilities
Cheerfully greet customers as they walk through the doors of the branch
Efficiently process routine financial transactions for customers such as deposits, withdrawals, checks, and loan payments
Utilize product knowledge and recommend financial products and services to meet the current and future financial needs of customers
Maintain a cash drawer with all the proper controls, vouchers, receipts, security, proofs, etc., ensuring it balances at the end of each day
Count cash, enter information into a computer, comply with check-cashing guidelines and look for fraudulent activity
Take on all service opportunities - from the easy going to the challenging
Service tasks include new account processing, updating customer and account information and providing needs-based solutions for customers
Enjoy being part of a fun, supportive team and serving customers
Qualification
Required
1 -2 years of banking experience
Flexibility to travel as needed to our different locations
Excellent relationship building skills
Basic math and computer skills
