Responsibilities
Plan & execute marketing campaigns across print and digital channels in line with company goals
Create & coordinate marketing materials, like brochures, catalogs, and social media content
Manage marketing calendars, timelines, and day-to-day coordination to keep projects moving
Work with vendors, designers, printers, writers, and partners to produce marketing materials
Research market trends, customer segments, and growth opportunities
Track campaign performance and report on key marketing metrics
Travel to trade shows and homesteader events
Qualification
Required
At least one year of marketing experience
Hands-on content creation skills
Strong written and verbal communication abilities
Understanding of key marketing metrics (lead generation, engagement, conversion rates, ROI)
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in marketing or business
Comfortable using marketing tools and software
Detail-oriented
