Social Media Manager
Rooted Broth is a CPG startup focused on making wellness accessible through innovative products. They are seeking a Social Media Manager to enhance their online presence by creating engaging content and analyzing performance across various platforms.

Responsibilities
Plan, create, and post content across Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
Schedule posts, manage engagement, and maintain a consistent brand voice
Brainstorm and execute creative ideas for reels, campaigns, and community engagement
Collaborate directly with the Founder on new ideas and brand storytelling
Track growth metrics and report on engagement and content performance
Research and stay on top of social trends relevant to CPG, wellness, and travel
Qualification
Required
1–4 years of experience managing brand or creator social media accounts
Strong eye for content creation — photo, video, and copywriting
Familiar with scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Metricool, Planoly, or similar)
Understands engagement metrics and analytics basics
Excited by the startup environment and comfortable working independently
Passionate about wellness, travel, and creative storytelling
Preferred
Experience or interest with CPG, health, or food & beverage brands
Video editing or graphic design skills (Canva, CapCut, or Adobe tools)
