Required
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java

Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, including supervised, unsupervised, and reinforcement learning
Knowledge of natural language processing (NLP), computer vision, and deep learning techniques

Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring tools (e.g., MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
3+ years of professional experience building, deploying and maintaining AI/ML models end-to-end in production environments
Advanced degree in Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related fields
Active Secret security clearance required. Must be a U.S. citizen
Ability to perform repetitive motions with the hands, wrists, and fingers
Ability to engage in and follow audible communications in emergency situations
Ability to sit for prolonged periods at a desk and working on a computer
