Responsibilities
Manage attorney calendars and litigation deadlines
Draft, edit, proofread, and transcribe legal documents and pleadings
Electronically file documents with CCEF, Denver County Court, Federal Courts, and Bankruptcy Courts
Prepare and coordinate mailings and FedEx shipments
Maintain and update client and case lists
Assist with eviction matters and related filings
Prepare pleading, exhibit, and discovery indexes
Support document productions and discovery management
Assemble trial, hearing, and mediation notebooks
Communicate with court clerks, transcriptionists, and outside legal professionals
Organize and maintain document databases for discovery and disclosure (Logikcull, Dropbox, etc.)
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of litigation support experience
Strong computer, word processing, and proofreading skills
Working knowledge of Colorado state and federal court rules and procedures
Proven experience preparing and e-filing litigation documents
Trial preparation experience, including exhibit and trial notebooks
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to manage competing deadlines in a high-volume environment
Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to support multiple attorneys
