Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end audits of Global Prime Funds operations including fund administration, portfolio management, compliance, trading, and operations
Plan and execute audits across multiple regions including US, EMEA, and APAC
Assess liquidity, credit, operational, and regulatory risks
Execute audit testing aligned with SOC 1/2, ISAE 3402, SEC Rule 2a-7, and MMFR standards
Document audit findings, prepare detailed audit reports, and present results to senior management
Manage and deliver multiple large-scale audits annually
Ensure compliance with SEC Investment Company Act, Rule 2a-7, and FINRA regulations
Monitor regulatory developments and assess impact on audit scope and methodology
Review NAV calculations, shadow pricing, liquidity assessments, and compliance controls
Support regulatory examinations including SEC, FINRA, FCA, and MAS
Review regulatory filings such as Form N-MFP and Form PF
Provide consulting and advisory support on control design, process improvement, and risk mitigation
Advise stakeholders on new products, technology implementations, and operational changes
Conduct pre-implementation reviews and risk assessments
Serve as subject matter expert for Prime Funds operations
Partner with Portfolio Management, Operations, Compliance, Risk, and Technology teams
Present audit outcomes to executive leadership and Board-level committees
Collaborate with external auditors and fund boards
Strong knowledge of asset management front, middle, and back-office operations
Expertise in money market fund regulations and fund accounting processes
Experience with NAV calculations, pricing methodologies, and financial instruments
Familiarity with COSO and COBIT risk frameworks
Hands-on experience with audit and analytics tools such as ACL, IDEA, Tableau, or TeamMate
Strong analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
Qualification
Required
8+ years of audit experience within asset management environments
3+ years of hands-on experience with money market funds and prime funds
Lead end-to-end audits of Global Prime Funds operations including fund administration, portfolio management, compliance, trading, and operations
