Responsibilities
Lead analysis of an existing portfolio of assets, as well as new investments
Own underwriting, due diligence analysis, refinances, collaborating with various LP’s and JV’s, internal accounting/finance, tax, and legal teams
Work on budgets, forecasting, lender reporting, variance analysis, leasing and CapEx approvals
Review lease/loan/property management agreements
Utilize reporting and valuation tools, with the goal of increasing a long-term, sustainable cash flow for the organization
Qualification
Required
BA in Finance/Accounting/Business/Econ
5+ years of experience in real estate
Experience with Yardi
Experience with Argus
