Responsibilities
Monitor and support IoT cloud connectivity of hardware products
Design and build secure remote access mechanisms, define firewall/routing management for access points, and develop optimized configuration and firewall settings
Interact with 3rd party vendors when needed for design or troubleshooting
Propose and qualify software, firmware, and configuration updates for routers handling IoT and Wi-Fi connectivity as needed
Troubleshoot day-to-day IoT connectivity problems in LTE, portal, AWS, device hardware, software, etc
Identify performance trends to provide continuous improvement
