Maintain ownership of select balance sheet areas
Investigate and resolve variances as needed
Retain clear support for assigned accounts
Coordinate key elements of periodic close activities
Prepare and review recurring accounting entries
Address close-related questions and timing issues
Support interactions with external reviewers
Compile schedules and respond to information requests
Assist with year-end reporting activities
Evaluate processes for improvement opportunities
Implement enhancements to workflows and documentation
Encourage consistency and efficiency across functions
Prepare and review recurring financial reports
Analyze trends and explain notable changes
Apply accounting standards and internal guidelines
Support control practices and compliance efforts
Provide guidance and development support to peers
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
4+ years of accounting experience
