Manager 2, Corporate Strategy
Intuit is seeking a Manager for their Corporate Strategy and Development team focused on growth strategy. The role involves developing high-impact strategies, leading problem-solving efforts, and engaging with stakeholders to identify and realize new growth opportunities.

Responsibilities
Lead joint problem-solving with mid-level and senior-level business partners
Assess core strategic questions through research, customer and expert interviews, and data-driven quantitative and qualitative analysis
Take ownership for significant portions of strategy development and generate creative, action-oriented insights and recommendations
Engage with key stakeholders across Intuit’s BUs to develop recommendations and generate impactful outcomes
Understand and stay current with the competitive landscape and emerging trends
Author and deliver high-impact presentations and plans to senior management
Qualification
Required
4+ years of work experience, MBA preferred
Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem solving, and a keen business sense
Ability to both lead and support, be willing to 'go the extra mile' for the BU partner and his/her team
Have strong communications (written/verbal), presentation and facilitation skills
Well-rounded interpersonal skills with the capacity to build trust-based relationships with teammates and BU partners
Openness to an environment of active developmental feedback
Passion for excellence and the desire to have a significant impact
Highly self-motivated and willing to proactively take on leadership roles within project
Preferred
Experience with a top-tier strategy consulting firm or in a respected operating company's strategy function preferred
