Perform judgment and complaint validations as needed
Qualification
Required
Ability to work directly with the company on a W2 basis
6 months of experience in Loan Workout or Commercial Lending, or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting experience, training, military experience, or education
Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS systems (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Teams)
Preferred
Knowledge of collection law
Experience with litigation, specifically civil procedures
Experience as a Quality Assurance analyst or similar role
Understanding of credit cards
Paralegal certification
