Responsibilities

Conducts day-to-day administrative operations for the Graduate Medical Education Office (GME) or designated department, and supports the services provided to residents, fellows, rotators, observers, medical students, residency programs, and employees of The MetroHealth System
Executes all administrative processes necessary to maintain The MetroHealth System’s accredited status with various educational, federal, and local accreditation bodies
Upholds the mission, vision, values, and customer service standards of The MetroHealth System

Notary PublicMicrosoft OfficeAssociate DegreeCultural CompetenceCommunication SkillsProblem SolvingAdaptability

Required

Associate Degree in Business or another related field
In lieu of degree, 3 years of experience with undergraduate or graduate medical education or other job-related experience will be considered
Notary Public commission or obtains within 12 months of hire
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Displays flexibility and is adaptable to changes in work environment
Available to work occasional weekends and evenings as needed
Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of cultural, ethnic, racial, and socioeconomic backgrounds

Preferred

Bachelor's Degree in Business or another related field
5 years of experience with undergraduate or graduate medical education programs
