Responsibilities

Lead creative direction and design for brand, marketing, and digital communications
Translate business strategies and messaging into compelling creative solutions
Develop work across multiple channels including digital, web, email, social, video, motion, and print
Collaborate cross-functionally with copywriters, UX, and account teams
Present creative concepts and final deliverables to stakeholders and incorporate feedback
Ensure work aligns with brand standards, timelines, and budget expectations
Maintain high attention to detail from concept through final delivery and archiving
Stay current with design trends, tools, and best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of experience in art direction, graphic design, and digital/web design

Experience designing for paid media, web, email, social, video, and print
Strong conceptual, communication, and presentation skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Collaborative, adaptable, and detail-oriented mindset

Preferred

Experience in large enterprise or regulated industries
