Information Technology & Services

Responsibilities

Replying to inquiries from prospective families within 24 hours with precision, warmth, and messaging that reflects Alpha's values
Organizing admissions events, campus tours, and student shadow experiences from planning through post-visit follow-up
Maintaining applicant data with full accuracy in CRM and admissions platforms
Conducting conversations with families to clarify Alpha's approach, respond to concerns, and capture relevant observations
Collaborating with campus staff and admissions colleagues to ensure smooth pipeline progression

Required

At least 2 years of experience in admissions, customer service, or a family-facing operations role
At least 1 year of professional written communication experience with families or customers
At least 1 year of experience using a CRM, student information system, or comparable database with demonstrated data accuracy
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple concurrent workflows
Availability to work on-site in Austin, TX, or willingness to relocate
Authorized to work in the United States

Preferred

Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
Background in education, enrollment management, or school operations
Experience supporting admissions events or high-touch onboarding processes
Comfort working in fast-changing, tech-enabled environments
