Responsibilities
Leading daily shift meetings to align teams on tasks and priorities
Overseeing onboarding, on‑the‑job training, and certification processes in partnership with the training department
Conducting spot checks and audits to ensure compliance and quality in production areas
Coordinating training schedules while balancing workforce development with production targets
Tracking and reporting performance metrics, developing KPIs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Mentoring and coaching team members to build skills and drive engagement
Qualification
Required
5 or more years of experience in quality control or a related field. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa
Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices
Proficiency in quality management software, SAP, and other relevant systems
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills to mentor, guide, and collaborate across teams
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to identify issues and implement effective solutions
High attention to detail, with a commitment to quality and the ability to work independently or within a team
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
