Head of Customer Success – Enterprise SaaS - New York / New Jersey or Austin, TX
Areti Group is a highly funded, hyper-growth Enterprise SaaS business operating at scale with some of the world’s largest organisations. They are seeking a Head of Customer Success to define and lead enterprise customer strategy across a portfolio of complex, global customers while building and scaling a high-performing Customer Success organization.
Responsibilities
Ownership of enterprise customer strategy end-to-end
Full accountability for renewals, forecasting, expansion, and retention
Significant autonomy with real influence on company direction
Lead and scale a Customer Success team of ~9
Qualification
Required
10+ years' experience in Enterprise SaaS, B2B, or Professional Services
Proven success owning relationships with large enterprise customers (15k+ users)
Strong commercial acumen with C-suite credibility
Experience operating in VC- or PE-backed environments
Leadership background across Customer Success, Delivery, or Resource Optimisation
