Responsibilities
Collaborate with senior trial attorneys on motions, oppositions, and complex legal memoranda in state and federal court
Draft and refine appellate briefs, summary judgment filings, and Daubert/Lanigan challenges
Conduct in-depth legal research and analysis to support case strategy
Assist in the preparation of trial exhibits, jury instructions, pre-trial and post-trial motions
Argue motions in state and federal court
Qualification
Required
JD from an accredited law school
Admission to the Massachusetts Bar (or eligibility for admission)
Two years of legal experience, preferably in litigation
Exceptional legal writing, research, and organizational skills
Preferred
Judicial clerkship or internship experience strongly preferred
