Senior Account Executive

Responsibilities

Own full-cycle sales activities including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing new and existing business
Develop and manage a territory business plan aligned to revenue and profitability objectives
Identify enterprise-level and complex client needs and translate them into accurate scopes of work and technology solutions
Serve as the primary client point of contact before, during, and after the sale, building long-term partnerships
Prepare and deliver proposals, bids, and presentations, including project scope, schedules, and change order discussions
Guide clients through planning/design, implementation, and support phases of projects
Collaborate with engineering, project management, and operations teams to support successful project execution
Identify and qualify high-margin opportunities and growth accounts
Maintain accurate pipeline activity, sales forecasts, and client documentation in CRM
Support resolution of client issues, including timeline, scope, and commercial concerns
Attend industry events, training sessions, and internal meetings as required
Perform other related duties in support of sales and business objectives

Required

Associate degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
10+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in AV/IT, technology integration, or a related industry
Proven success managing enterprise or complex sales cycles
Established industry relationships and business development track record
Strong understanding of AV/IT systems, solutions, and integration environments
Proficiency with Windows, Microsoft Office, and CRM platforms
Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
Ability to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and a sales territory
Comfort operating in client-facing environments including executive and enterprise settings
Willingness to travel occasionally, including overnight travel as needed
Ability to sustain activity levels including meetings, site visits, and extended periods of focus
