Wealth Management Support Associate
Ascendo Resources is seeking a client-facing specialist to train and support Registered Representatives and office staff across a broker-dealer organization. This role focuses on onboarding, Tier 1–2 support, and optimizing core wealth management platforms to ensure operational efficiency and compliance.
Responsibilities
Manage ticket intake and troubleshooting for access, data latency, and workflows across NetX360, Wealthscape, Docupace, and Albridge
Design and deliver training (webinars, SOPs) for advisors and staff, and translate release notes into best practices
Coordinate technology setups for new registrations and office moves, including entitlement validation and Docupace workflows
Monitor daily data feeds and support Broadridge ACS setup, including payout grids and month-end compensation processing
Partner with major custodians (Pershing, Fidelity) and vendors on issues, testing, and release schedules
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience in financial services or banking technology support or operations
Hands-on experience with at least two of the following: Pershing NetX360, Fidelity Wealthscape, Docupace, Albridge, or Broadridge ACS
Strong understanding of brokerage workflows (account opening, ACATs, trading, and payouts)
Proficiency with Excel (vlookup, pivot tables) and ticketing systems
