Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts and key decision-makers
Execute outbound outreach via email, phone, LinkedIn, and video
Qualify inbound and outbound leads using defined criteria (ICP, BANT, MEDDICC, etc.)
Book qualified meetings and demos for Account Executives
Personalize outreach based on industry, role, and business challenges
Maintain accurate activity, notes, and pipeline data in the CRM
Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns, messaging, and follow-up
Meet or exceed weekly/monthly activity and meeting goals
Continuously refine messaging through testing and feedback
Qualification
Required
1+ years of experience in sales development, business development, or outbound sales
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfort with cold outreach and objection handling
Experience using CRM and sales engagement tools (Copper, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
Highly organized with strong time-management skills
Coachable mindset and desire to grow in sales
A criminal background check is required
