$100K/yr - $108K/yrMarlabs is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program/Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives for their Legal, Risk and Regulatory team. This role involves managing multiple projects and designing a comprehensive portfolio dashboard for senior leadership to track program progress, risks, and outcomes.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage multiple projects within the program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives, timelines, and budgets
Develop and maintain a program dashboard to provide executives with a clear, consolidated view of program health, key milestones, risks, and dependencies
Create detailed project plans including scope, schedule, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
Produce high-quality program and project status reports tailored for executive audiences, highlighting progress, issues, and decision points
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project execution
Drive continuous improvement in project and program management practices
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in program and project management within a complex, enterprise environment
Demonstrated ability to develop executive-ready dashboards and reports using tools such as PowerBI, PowerPoint or similar platforms
Experience with AI initiatives, ROI analysis, and vendor solution evaluations
Strong expertise in project planning, scheduling, and risk management
Familiarity with portfolio management frameworks and governance best practices
Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project) and reporting tools (e.g., PowerBI)
Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to distill complex information for senior leadership
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Preferred
PMP certification is preferred; experience in enterprise environment is a plus
