Information Technology Help Desk
Advantage Technical is seeking multiple IT Help Desk / Service Desk Analysts for a large enterprise restaurant support environment. This role involves providing Tier 1 technical support, troubleshooting various systems, and delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities
Provide Tier 1 technical and operational support via phone and chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, POS/payment systems, networking, and HR applications
Log and document incidents in an incident management system
Meet service, quality, and productivity targets in a fast-paced call center environment
Escalate issues appropriately and collaborate with other analysts
Deliver excellent customer service with a positive, professional approach
Qualification
Required
1+ year help desk, service desk, or call center support experience preferred
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Basic PC / operating systems knowledge
Ability to type 40 WPM
Preferred
Some college preferred
Spanish/bilingual a plus
