The Robotics Technician will be responsible for assembling, maintaining, and optimizing robotic systems, as well as collaborating with team members to improve manufacturing processes and ensure quality standards are met.

Responsibilities
Assemble, maintain, and optimize robotic systems and related equipment
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical and electrical issues in robots
Operate production tools and equipment, including soldering irons, CNC machines, rotary tools, and multimeters
Test and validate robotic functionality and quality before deployment
Fly drones post-assembly for quality assurance (FAA Part 107 certification required or must be obtained within 6 months of employment)
Support robotic and drone service operations both in Charlotte and in the field
Monitor and improve assembly, QA/QC, and repair processes, making recommendations for efficiency improvements
Collaborate with engineers to develop, build, and test prototypes or new products
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal safety protocols
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Qualification
Required
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
FAA Part 107 UAS remote pilot certificate (or willingness to obtain within 6 months)
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Comfortable lifting and moving up to 50 pounds unassisted
Preferred
Experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment preferred
