Responsibilities
Analyze business requirements and design scalable Power Platform solutions
Design overall application architecture using Microsoft Power Platform
Develop Power Apps (Canvas Apps) for internal business applications
Build and manage workflows using Power Automate
Integrate Power Apps and Power Automate with:
SQL Server databases
SharePoint document libraries
Azure Active Directory
Microsoft Teams
Develop front-end portals integrated with Active Directory and multiple data sources
Use APIs and connectors to integrate with third-party systems
Establish development best practices and improve application quality
Provide documentation and knowledge transfer to internal developers
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Microsoft Power Apps development
Infopath experience may substitute for 1 year
3+ years of experience in Power Automate
Microsoft Flow experience may substitute for 1 year
3+ years of experience in .NET, Java, C#, or similar development languages
Experience working with Microsoft Premium Connectors and external databases
Strong experience designing complex Canvas and Model-driven apps
Experience with Power Apps Component Framework (PCF)
Proficiency integrating Power Platform with: SharePoint, Azure, Microsoft Teams, Dynamics 365
Experience using REST APIs for system integration
Ability to mentor and guide junior developers
Preferred
Multiple long-term engagements (6+ months each) as a Power Apps Developer
Experience working in Microsoft 365 Government Community Cloud (GCC)
Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
