Help shape others' success while honing your leadership skills with one of the company’s most capable and respected leaders
Work closely with the Store Leader to drive daily operations and uphold the highest standards of customer service
Play a key part in team development by fostering a positive and collaborative environment, offering consistent feedback, and helping to cultivate a culture of growth
Lead by example, ensuring the team delivers an exceptional experience with every interaction
Assist in meeting sales goals and performance metrics through thoughtful execution, problem-solving, and day-to-day decision-making
Adapt, stay organized, and manage competing priorities to keep operations smooth and efficient
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience
2+ years of previous assistant manager, team leader, or management experience highly sought after
Experience with luxury/large ticket products highly sought after
Experience managing in a commission atmosphere highly sought after
Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets) and AI (Gemini, Chat GPT) skills
Strong leadership skills and the ability to build and maintain quality relationships with team members, clients, and other internal customers
