Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day order process, ensuring inbound and outbound orders get processed promptly
Helps load and unload gear off trucks using a hand truck, pallet jack, and forklift
Create accurate R2 documentation for all the equipment returning into the building
Documents missing and damaged equipment on return from a contract
Deliver equipment to and from client, sub-vendor, and shipper (when needed)
Assists in general clean up and organization of the warehouse
Performs quality control checks of items like tripods, lighting, monitors, fiber, kits, etc. from the inbound shelves
Helps with documentation of missing equipment and damages
Helps locate equipment in the building when it has been lost or misplaced
Be part of the On-Call rotation
Qualification
Required
6 months - 1 year of experience working in a similar environment
Experience working in a large warehouse / field shop
Valid Driver's License
Able to operate company vehicles i.e. van and up to 24' box truck
Able to work necessary overtime or weekends to complete workload
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred
Knowledge of UBS R2 software a plus
