They are seeking a Quality Inspector to perform inspections on sheet metal products using various hand inspection tools and ensure accuracy in the manufacturing process.

Responsibilities
Working from established work instructions, the Quality Inspector performs inspections on sheet metal products using hand inspection tools such as surface plates, height gages, calipers, micrometers, indicators and plug gages
Requires ability to work both independently and effectively within a team environment to ensure individual and departmental objectives are accomplished
A high level of accuracy is required
Strong time management, communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to lift 35 lbs occasionally, and be on your feet most of the day
Ability to use micrometer, caliper, height gage, etc
Experience with sheet metal manufacturing is strongly preferred
Experience with part inspection, CNC Turret, Laser, Brake Press, Welding preferred
Ability to read and understand part drawings
Bi-Lingual Spanish preferred
