Responsibilities
Define and execute the national go‑to‑market plan
Identify new opportunities across key U.S. regions
Adapt messaging to evolving federal and state tax regulations
Build and coach a high‑performing sales team
Drive individual and team KPIs with a consultative, value‑driven approach
Lead negotiations for high‑value accounts
Strengthen partnerships with C‑Level, tax, and technical stakeholders
Ensure CRM excellence and strong data management
Report to executive leadership and influence strategic decisions
Pilot new territories
Build operational frameworks for future U.S. expansion
Collaborate with legal, innovation, marketing, and technical teams
Qualification
Required
10+ years in B2B Sales, ideally consulting or tech
Proven success leading national/multistate sales teams
Strong consultative selling skills
Experience selling complex, compliance-driven services (R&D credits very strongly preferred)
Hands-on leadership style — intentional, focused, execution-driven
