Responsibilities
Support engineering leads with administrative and coordination tasks
Maintain discipline-level design package schedules and track review sign-offs
Manage document control and revision tracking for engineering deliverables
Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of engineering staff
Organize engineering data, tools, equipment lists, calculations, and schedules
Track design changes and coordinate updates across disciplines
Interface with project-level document control, design automation, and department managers
Take meeting notes and support discipline organizational meetings
Ensure compliance with company, client, and safety standards
Proactively identify opportunities to improve efficiency, cost, and schedule
Qualification
Required
10–15 years of experience supporting engineering or design project delivery
Knowledge of engineering document control processes and standards
Familiarity with A/E project delivery methods
Strong understanding of cross-discipline workflows and schedules
Ability to organize complex data and estimate task completion accurately
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and OneNote
Project Management or Engineering background
2-year technical degree or 4-year non-technical degree
