Responsibilities
Design and architect data science and AI-driven solutions for healthcare use cases
Collaborate with data scientists, ML engineers, and engineering teams to build scalable, production-ready systems
Lead or contribute to end-to-end AI/ML solution design, from data ingestion to deployment
Apply data science expertise to healthcare data such as claims, clinical, operational, or patient data
Guide technical decisions related to AI, ML models, and data pipelines
Partner with stakeholders to understand healthcare business problems and translate them into technical solutions
Support best practices around model deployment, performance, and scalability
Qualification
Required
Strong background in Data Science, AI, and Machine Learning
Experience in solution design or technical architecture within data science or AI-driven systems
Hands-on experience with ML model development and deployment
Prior experience working with healthcare data or healthcare clients
Ability to operate as a technical lead or senior individual contributor
Strong communication skills to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Preferred
Lead Data Scientist with experience in solution design and architecture
Data Scientist / AI / ML Engineer with strong architectural understanding
Hands-on Solution Architect with deep data science and AI experience
Candidates with prior healthcare domain experience are strongly preferred
