Responsibilities

Install and modify software on client computers
Troubleshoot and diagnose software issues
Ensure complete system functionality
Provide system administration assistance
Respond to helpdesk queries via phone or in person
Document software and hardware failures and repairs
Train users on new applications
Maintain knowledge of network operating systems
Prepare hardware for secure disposal

Qualification

Required

High school diploma or GED; bachelor's degree preferred
Experience with Microsoft Office programs
Experience with Windows Desktop Operating Systems
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
