Responsibilities
Leads the development of policies and procedures that improve customer service while driving efficiency
Plans and oversees location operational reviews, ensuring locations are following company policies and procedures as well as federal, state and local regulations
Develops and prioritizes location level training plans, coordinating efforts with HR Training Department when possible
Reviews and, when necessary, reengineers location processes, with goals to enhance the customer experience, ensure safety and drive down costs
Provides locations the tools they need to maximize customer service and financial performance
Qualification
Required
5 to 10 years transportation experience, focusing on field operations
Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Excel, Word)
Strong analytical and reasoning skills
Strong business background in financial, strategic, and organizational analysis
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent experience
