Lead water & wastewater projects from concept through construction
Serve as the primary point of contact for municipal clients
Manage scope, schedule, budget, and quality
Mentor junior engineers and technical staff
Coordinate with regulatory agencies and ensure compliance
Support proposals and client presentations
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering
PE license or possible EIT
5-10+ years of experience in water/wastewater or municipal infrastructure
Proven project management and client-facing experience
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
