Responsibilities
Requirements Gathering: Understand business needs and translate them into functional requirements and design documents
Process Orientation: Follow structured project management guidelines
Design: Develop high-level conceptual design process flows and application process flow diagrams
Feasibility Assessment: Evaluate business requests and determine alignment with organizational goals
Liaison Role: Act as the bridge between business stakeholders and developer resources
Testing: Create system test plans and test scenarios
Conduct testing and facilitate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that system functionality meets business requirements
Change Management: Support organizational change efforts related to ERP implementation and adoption
Scheduled Milestones and Deliverables: Functional Specifications Document, Test Plan and Test Scenarios, Completed System Testing, Coordinated UAT with Business Users
Qualification
Required
Functional knowledge of PeopleSoft FSCM, preferably in GL/KK/AP modules
Strong business process understanding and ability to translate functional requirements into detailed specifications
Excellent communication skills with both business and development staff
