Responsibilities
Lead and manage specialized finance projects, ensuring timely execution and adherence to budget requirements
Perform financial analysis and due diligence to support strategic initiatives and leadership decision-making
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement and optimize financial systems and tools
Oversee insurance-related processes, including policy evaluations, renewals, and claims management
Analyze and interpret financial data to support forecasting, planning, and strategic initiatives
Prepare reports and presentations for senior leadership outlining financial performance, project status, and insights
Ensure compliance with applicable financial, legal, and regulatory requirements
Manage multiple initiatives simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
8+ years of experience in finance and/or project management within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of financial principles, practices, and operational processes
Proficiency with financial systems and software; ERP experience a plus
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments
Proven ability to manage complex projects concurrently
