Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners throughout the territory from Hampstead, NC to Murrells Inlet, SC
Measure and evaluate spaces accurately
Collaborate with homeowners to create custom closet solutions
Present design options and guide clients to decisions
Work with operations and installation teams to ensure designs are install-ready
Make adjustments as needed throughout the design process
Qualification
Required
2+ years in home design, cabinetry, kitchen & bath, storage, or related industry preferred
Strong client-facing and in-home consultation skills
Excellent measuring, space-planning, and problem-solving abilities
Comfortable discussing pricing, options, and value with homeowners
Professional, reliable, and self-motivated
Preferred
Experience with design software (SketchUp, 2020, CAD, ClosetPro, or similar)
Consultative sales or client advisory background
Experience creating functional storage or cabinetry solutions
