Responsibilities
Serve as a senior support and optimization resource for healthcare applications
Troubleshoot complex issues and partner with vendors and internal teams on resolutions
Configure, enhance, and support clinical and operational systems
Support system upgrades, implementations, and new feature rollouts
Work closely with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to improve workflows and system adoption
Provide guidance, documentation, and support to end users and junior team members
Qualification
Required
Candidates who are currently authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
5+ years supporting healthcare applications or EHR systems
Experience with EHR implementations, configuration, and support
Strong understanding of clinical or healthcare operational workflows
Comfortable working directly with end users and going on-site as needed
Self-directed, collaborative, and solutions-oriented
Preferred
Specialty or ambulatory healthcare experience
Workflow, integration, or reporting exposure
Experience supporting multiple systems or multi-site environments
