Executive Assistant to CHRO
Hawthorne Lane is a fast-paced consulting firm seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to the CHRO. This role merges executive support with hands-on HR coordination, driving key people initiatives while managing day-to-day logistics to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities
Provide high-level executive support to the CHRO, including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting preparation, and follow-ups
Track deliverables, timelines, and internal initiatives; serve as a liaison across HR and other business units
Coordinate meetings, in-office catering, retreats and seminars, and office events as needed
Support ongoing HR and firmwide initiatives by tracking deliverables, critical accomplishments, and cross-functional timelines
Coordinate with HR teams in different regions to ensure consistency across initiatives and support ongoing planning and progress tracking
Manage internal documentation, employee files and department reports
Provide administrative assistance, including but not limited to, completing expense reports, and ad hoc projects
Handle sensitive information with discretion and respond to shifting priorities with professionalism
Prepare reports, updates, and summaries while ensuring milestones are clearly communicated
Coordinate cross-functional efforts, helping ensure alignment across global HR stakeholders
Qualification
Required
At least four years of international C-level EA support blended with HR experience
A Bachelor's degree is preferred
Respect for cultures across the world and value making connections
Enjoy Executive Assistant responsibilities while also managing special projects
Ability to multitask and juggle competing priorities
Self-motivated, yet team-minded
Excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with others
Comfortable working within Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, HRIS programs and new data systems
Able to adjust your schedule to meet the needs of the team
