Responsibilities
Develop and implement processes and workflows to support global ISO compliance
Support multiple business groups in achieving organizational objectives related to ISO certifications
Provide training on management system controls, including Quality, Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS), and compliance fundamentals
Partner with Quality, EHS, and technical teams to implement and maintain ISO-compliant management systems
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to document processes and workflows, and address gaps impacting ISO certification
Establish systems to ensure quality performance and drive continuous improvement
Support and participate in internal and external audits for ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001
Ensure audit findings are documented, reported, and tracked through corrective and preventive actions
Follow up with stakeholders to ensure timely and effective closure of audit actions
Evaluate corrective and preventive action plans for adequacy and timeliness; escalate issues to management as needed
Assist in developing and tracking management system metrics
Drive continuous improvement of integrated Quality and EHS management systems
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Demonstrated experience promoting and enforcing environmental compliance and quality conformance
Proficiency in data collection, verification, and analysis
Strong time management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong influencing, advocacy, and negotiation skills across teams and cultures
Preferred
Project Management certification (PMP or Agile) is a plus
ISO professional certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor)
